I love everything about this jumper. It has adjustable straps. It has pockets (not super deep though so my cell slipped out a couple times). It has a waist tie. I'm 5'5 and 118lbs. The length is perfect and there's room to grow. It can be worn with a shirt underneath, a sweater over top or as is. Sooo soft and comfy. Fabric is a little on the thin side but not so much that a slip is needed. I got the reddish/pink floral jumper. Only darker designs are visible through the fabric so just go with light colored underthings!
